NOTE: It’s normal for the Display Mode Indicators to occasion-
ally blink due to the complexity of the efficiency calculations.
8. During an efficiency test, periodically check the water level inside the
panel-mounted filter/trap.
WARNING!
The liquid within the filter/trap bowl may be hot and mildly
acidic.
If water begins to approach the trap’s filter element, press RUN key to
stop test. Remove filter/trap and empty its bowl (Fig. 3-1). When
replacing the bowl, be sure its O-ring is properly installed, and the
shield is properly oriented – improper installation can allow air to leak
into gas sample and reduce accuracy of efficiency calculation. Reinstall
filter/trap and press RUN key to resume testing.
9. To end an efficiency test, press RUN key to stop pump. All testing
information is stored until analyzer is turned off or recalibrated.
