For the trouble in which input signal to the input module does not turn off: refer to section
11.4.

turned on?
Please consult your local Mit-
subishi service center or repre-
sentative.
Is voltage for
the power supply load
added?

Check output conditions with
the monitor mode of the GX
(IEC) Developer.
Is the operation
indicator of input module
turned on?
Set the GX (IEC) Developer in
the monitor mode and check
that the input signal is OFF.
Voltage measurement
among the modules input
and COM terminals.
Check the external wiring
and external input devices.

What is the
voltage among the various
output COM terminals of the
output module?
The rated
voltage is

Check the power supply load
wire and recover the power
supply.
Failures could be caused by
too high inrush currents.
Confirm rush current that
flows to the load when the
maximum number of outputs
turns on simultaneously.
Check the load wire and load,
and recover the power supply.
Change the output relay
number and let the load
maximum simultaneous on
current to within the
specification.
Output module failure.
Replace the output module.
