Identify all parts packed in carton against the parts list. Remove all protective materials, place parts on a
nonabrasive surface to avoid scratching. IF ANY PARTS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED, DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO ASSEMBLE OR RETURN TO THE STORE. Please contact our customer service center

Step 1
Insert the upper umbrella frame (A) into the lower umbrella pole (B).
Step 2
Before opening umbrella, turn upside down and gently shake to separate ribs. To open the
umbrella: Turn the crank handle in a clockwise direction until fully opened.
Step 3
To tilt umbrella: Fully open umbrella, depress the button in the upper frame. Tilt the umbrella
into the desired position. WARNING: IF UMBRELLA IS NOT OPENED COMPLETELY,
TILTING IT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UMBRELLA.
WARNING:
• To avoid damage to your table: An umbrella base must be used at all times.
• If applicable, make sure the plastic umbrella safety ring is installed in the center of the table
before you insert the umbrella pole through the table.
• Remove umbrella from the table when not in use or in the event of wind, rain, hail, sleet,
snow or any other inclement weather.
Step 4
To close umbrella: Tilt umbrella back to vertical position and crank counter-clockwise until fully
closed.
