Within 30 days of purchase, your Badger Basket® product will be repaired (or replaced with same or comparable item, at our option), at no cost to you
should you discover any missing part or defect in materials or workmanship under normal and proper usage. Dated sales receipt from an authorized retailer,
or other satisfactory proof of purchase, is required. This warranty applies only to the original owner.
Inspect the condition of the item prior to and after assembly. Should you observe any defects, do not use this product and immediately notify Badger Basket®
to place a warranty claim. Failure to notify Badger Basket® within the warranty period and/or attempt to repair the product yourself rather than
contacting us shall constitute misuse. Warranty may be invalidated by misuse, improper assembly, failure to honor a
warning, failure to supervise, inspect or maintain this item, or intentional or inadvertent damage.
For warranty service, have your assembly manual ready and the product with its packaging nearby. Visit our web site at http://www.badgerbasket.com/parts and complete
the part request form including the details about your item, where it was purchased, what parts are needed, etc. We may followup with you for further information and
proof of purchase upon receipt of your claim. Photos or video may be requested in certain circumstances. Badger Basket® reserves the right to recover and inspect
merchandise (freight pre-paid by the consumer) claimed to be defective prior to disposition of warranty claims.
Most replacement parts ship within 1-2 business days Mondays to Thursdays.
This warranty does not cover nor apply to: parts that require replacement under normal use, damage resulting from improper storage, failure to follow the assembly
instructions, negligence, misuse, misapplication, products that have been altered by the owner in any way not intended by the manufacturer, normal wear and tear, normal
everyday soiling, commercial use, item bought used or secondhand, items returned to the store, items that served as oor models, items that have been altered by
an unauthorized 3rd party, failure to perform routine maintenance, or intentional or accidental damage.
In no event shall Badger Basket’s liability under this warranty exceed the actual cost of the materials necessary for repair or replacement
of the product covered, whichever is less. This warranty limits implied warranties to the same term. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, including any express
warranties or warranties of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose. Badger Basket® shall have no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
