Installation & Operation Manual
• The number of unexpected manual reads (AMR accounts with a manual read instead of an automated read)
• The number of Tampers that have not yet been processed
• The number of Encoder Errors that have not yet been processed
• The number of Meter Popup Comments that have not yet been viewed
• The number of Skipped meters
The screen looks like this.
On the left side, the status for meters with a reading are shown and on the right side, the status of unread meters is shown. If
Skipped meters are being used, they will be placed in the middle.
If a letter is underlined on a word (i.e., “Unprocessed Tampers”), then you may press that key to view all meters that are in-
cluded in the count.
If there are more than one thousand meters loaded into the handheld, it may take 10 to 15 seconds to see the numbers dis-
played on this screen. This is because the Trimble Ranger is examining each meter in the database in order to build the values
for this screen.
If you’d like to see the progress of individual routes, press the “R” key or tap the Route Progress button on the screen. You’ll see
a screen like this for each route.
Again, if a letter is underlined on a word (i.e., “Unviewed Comments”), then you may press that key to view all meters that are
included in the count.
