MEASURE
BACKSET
1. Measure and Prepare door
Measure your door for a backset of 2-3/8” (60mm) or 2-3/4” (70mm).
Refer to the template.
Drilling instructions for door preparation.
1. Place desired fold line of template (above) on door edge with centerline approxi-
mately 38’’ (965mm) from floor.
2. Mark screw hole centers.
3. Where marked, drill 1/8’’ diameter pilot holes, 3/4” (19mm) deep.
Place lever or knob onto assembly.
3. Install knobs / levers
Secure assembly to door with screws.
2. Install Trim
Tighten set screw to secure.

or refund the purchase price. Baldwin is not liable for incidental
or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state. If a mechanical or finish defect occurs,

U.S. and Canada, claims under this warranty must be made only
