EXAMPLE
This example reads the 8-byte serial number. In this example the
serial number is 1E6E3DC200000001 in hexadecimal. A timeout of 2
seconds (07D0H = 2000 x 1 msec increments) is set for the
completion of the Read Tag Serial Number.
