Command Size Command length in bytes excluding the header, command size, checksum
and terminator bytes.

Family Code Tag Family ID - 00H = all tags
Anticollision index Number of tags-in-field expected
Timeout Timeout value given in 1 ms units
LockMSB Bits 8-15 of the configuration word
LockLSB Bits 0-7 of the configuration word
Checksum Optional Checksum
Message Terminator <ETX>
EXAMPLE
This example will lock bytes 0-3 on all tags-in-field with the Family ID of
02H. Two tags are found and locked.
