Achtung: Wenn Sie die Arbeitsteile wechseln, aus Sicherheitsgründen den Stecker ziehen.
Was ist zu tun… wenn die Antriebswelle des Gerätes nicht mehr rotiert? Wenn der bamix einige Zeit nicht benutzt wurde, kann es vorkommen, dass die Antriebswelle festsitzt, weil kaum sichtbare, kleinste Speisereste hart wurden und das untere Wellenlager verklebt. Stellen Sie das Arbeitsteil des Gerätes 5–10 Minuten in ein Gefäss mit heissem Wasser. Danach schalten Sie das Gerät ein, er ist dann meist wieder betriebsbereit. Wenn nicht, versuchen Sie die Welle vorsichtig mit einer Zange zu lösen.

Passe des potages et des sauces. Mélange la pâte à gâteau et les omelettes. Convient également pour tous les aliments de consistance épaisse. ATTENTION: Le couteau étoile est coupant. Il y a un risque de blessures en cas d’utilisation non-conforme.
Utilisation/manipulation Tourner Durant le travail, faire tourner lentement l’appareil avec le poignet, le soulever légèrement et le laisser retomber dans la masse (sans presser ni refouler). La finesse du mélange est déterminée par la durée du malaxage. Monter Laissez le bamix reposer durant quelques secondes au fond du récipient. Ensuite inclinez-le et remontez lentement le long du bord du récipient.
Pour insérer et changer les accessoires Insérez l’accessoire aussi verticalement que possible sur l’axe de manière que la goupille d’entraînement s’ajuste dans l’encoche de celui-ci. L’insertion est facilitée par le centrage. Pour retirer l’accessoire, il suffit de le tirer. Veillez à protéger vos doigts avec un chiffon. Attention: Avant de changer d’accessoire, retirez la fiche secteur de la prise pour des raisons de sécurité.
Que faire… si l’axe d’entraînement ne tourne plus ? Lorsque vous n’avez pas utilisé votre bamix depuis quelque temps, il peut arriver que l’axe refuse de tourner en raison de minuscules résidus desséchés et collés sous le coussinet inférieur. Plongez l’élément de travail de votre appareil durant 5 à 10 minutes dans un récipient rempli d’eau chaude. Ensuite, enclenchez-le; dans la plupart des cas, il sera à nouveau prêt à fonctionner.

Contenitore multifunzione con coperchio, contenuto 0,4 l, ideale per piccole dosi. Lama per carne Taglia, trita, macina la carne (sia cruda che cotta) e le verdure particolarmente fibrose.
Elementi di lavoro Lama multiuso Sminuzza, macina, omogeneizza verdure cotte e crude, frutta, bacche, pappe per neonati, carne cotta, frutta surgelata per sorbetti, marmellata e addirittura cubetti di ghiaccio. Passa al setaccio minestre e salse. Impasta la pasta da cucina e il composto per omelette. Insomma, è adatto per tutti i lavori più pesanti. ATTENZIONE: Le lame sono molto affilate, maneggiare con cura per evitare tagli e ferite. Sbattitore Sbatte, monta ed emulsiona albume e panna.
Utilizzi/Movimenti manuali Movimento rotatorio Durante l’operazione è opportuno ruotare leggermente l’apparecchio muovendo il polso verso l’esterno, tenerlo sollevato per un attimo e quindi lasciarlo ricadere sull’impasto (senza premere o pigiare). Sarete voi stessi a determinare il grado di finezza stabilendo la durata dell’operazione. Movimento di sollevamento Lasciare il bamix sul fondo del contenitore per qualche secondo.
Inserimento e sostituzione degli utensili Inserire l’utensile il più verticalmente possibile sull’albero motore, di modo che l’intaglio possa agganciarsi perfettamente al perno di trascinamento dell’albero motore stesso. La corretta centratura facilita l’inserimento. La rimozione dell’utensile avviene tramite la semplice estrazione. Utilizzare un panno morbido per la protezione dei mani. Attenzione: Quando si sostituisce l’utensile, staccare la spina dalla presa della corrente per motivi di sicurezza.
Che cosa fare… se l’albero motore non gira più? Se il bamix non viene utilizzato per un certo periodo, può succedere che l’albero motore rimanga bloccato a causa di piccoli residui alimentari pressoché invisibili che si sono induriti e che bloccano il meccanismo di azionamento. Mettere l’utensile dell’apparecchio per 5–10 minuti in un recipiente contenente acqua calda. Quindi azionare l’apparecchio, il quale generalmente dovrebbe riprendere a funzionare.

Special accessories Jug with lid, 1,0 litre with measuring scale, shock- and heat-resistant, suitable for micro-wave. All-purpose beaker with lid, contents 0.4 litre, ideal for small amounts. Meat-mincer cuts, chops and minces meat (raw or cooked), as well as vegetables with coarse fibres.
Working parts Mincer Chops up, minces, purées raw and cooked vegetables, fruit, berries, baby food, cooked meat, frozen fruit for fruit ice-cream and jam, and even crushes ice-cubes. Blends soups and sauces. Mixes cake and pancake doughs. For all heavy ingredients. ATTENTION: The mincing blade has sharp edges. There is a risk of personal injury when handled improperly. Beater Beats, aerates, blends egg-white and cream. Is used to whip up soups and sauces. For everything which should be light and fluffy.
Applications/handling Wrist movement Whilst processing, use a light swivelling motion from the wrist, draw bamix up a little and let it fall again on the ingredients (do not press or pound). The fineness of the result depends on the length of processing. Drawing up Rest the bamix for a few seconds on the bottom of the jug. Then hold it at an angle and draw it up slowly against the side of the jug.
Putting on and exchanging the attachments Push the attachment as straight as possible on to the stub in such a way that the drive pin on the stub fits exactly into the small recess in the socket of the attachment. The attachment is designed to make this process easy. The attachment is removed by simply pulling it off from the stub. For protection please use a cloth. Careful: For safety’s sake, when you exchange the attachments always pull out the plug.
What can be done… if the drive shaft of your appliance no longer rotates? When you have not used your appliance for some time, the drive shaft may get stuck due to minute foodstuff residues which have hardened and are now gumming up the lower shaft bearing. Place the operative part of the appliance for 5 to 10 minutes in a jug with hot water, then switch it on. In general the appliance will then work again; if not, just try to free the shaft carefully with pliers.
