Installing the Drinking Water Faucet
1. If your kitchen sink does not have an existing 1/2” hole, you will have to
drill one. (Refer to How to drill a Hole in Your Sink or Counter-top in our RO
User Manual). Wipe clean and dry the area.
1/2”
3. Slide the quick connect
tting up the push-in adapter
on the base so that it seats
securely into the faucet stem,
then lock it in place by sliding
the blue clip under the collet.
Insert the BLUE tubing about
1/2 inch into the push-in
tting, and again, secure it
with the blue clip.
*To connect, insert the tubing 1/2 inch deep
until it’s sealed by o-ring and locked by spider
teeth.
*To disconnect, remove blue clip, pull the
tubing while pushing down the collet to
release the spider teeth.
2. Screw the base plate onto the faucet body. Screw
the faucet stem onto the base plate. Insert the faucet
stem into the hole on the countertop. Under the sink,
insert rubber washer and
metal washer, tighten the
nut (you may apply a few
rounds of Teon tape to the
threads to get a better grip).
