• 1 Drain Body • 1 Rubber Washer • 1 Brass Nut (Or PVC Hub Adapter)
Universal
Drop-In Tub Drain
Tools Needed
• Wrench • Plumbers Putty or Silicone Sealant* •
Instructions for PVC Hub Adapter
1. Unscrew drain from PVC Hub Adapter.
2. Apply silicone sealant or plumbers putty to bottom of drain flange.
3. Press drain body into tub drain from inside tub and hold firmly.
4. From under tub floor place rubber gasket onto threaded drain
body and push to top firmly against tub bottom.
5. Screw PVC Hub Adapter onto threaded drain body to tighten
rubber gasket against tub bottom and drain flange against tub
floor.
Instructions for Brass Nut
1. Unscrew tailpiece from bottom of drain body.
2 Unscrew brass nut and remove rubber gasket from drain body.
3. Apply silicone sealant or plumbers putty to bottom of drain flange.
4. Press drain body into tub drain from inside tub and hold firmly.
5. From under tub floor place rubber gasket onto threaded drain
body and push to top firmly against tub bottom.
6. Screw Brass Nut onto threaded drain body to tighten rubber
gasket against tub bottom and drain flange against tub floor.
7. Thread tailpiece back onto bottom of drain body.
* We recommend using siicone sealant instead of plumbers putty with
marble or plastic materials.
