About streaming via Google Cast
Before you can mirror inform ation and display it v ia ClickShare your device must be connected with the wireles s netw ork of the Base
Unit. When activating G oogle Cast on your device an overview of the a ccess points is given. For more information about u sing
Google Cast, consult the user guide of your device.
Google Cast does not support a passcode.
Google Cast can only be used when the clock of the Base Unit is set correctly. If not Google Cast c annot make
a connection with the Base Unit.
How to enable
1. LogintotheConfigur ator.
2. Click WiFi & Network → Services.

3. To allow sharing content via ClickS hare app, check the check box in front of Shar ing via ClickShare app.
To allow streaming via AirPlay, ch eck the check box in front of Streaming via AirPlay.
To allow streaming (mirroring) via Google Cast
, check the check box in front of Streaming via Google C ast.
4. To add a passcode, click on the drop down and s elect the desired passcode (not for Google Cast).
The following op tions are possible:
- No passcode
- Numeric passcode
- Alphanumeric passcode
5. Click Save changes to apply this setting.
Access via mobile dev ices is activate.

About API settings
The AP I can be enabled or disabled, that m eans that the access to the unit from an external device can be allowed or can be blocked.
This functions in enabled by default.
How to enable
