TO MANUALLY SELECT A VIDEO ENCODING MODE:
1 Bring up the OSD main menu.
2 Navigate to the Configuration > Image Sources > (Left/Right)
Image Source menu.
3 Enter the Video Encoding submenu.
4 Select one of the available video encoding modes and confirm.
Grayscale conversion modes
ABOUT GRAYSCALE CONVERSION MODES
Grayscale conversion modes specify how color generated on the display
controller is converted to grayscale in your display.
The available grayscale conversion modes are:
Dual 10 Dual 10 is a Barco specific 10-bit video
encoding mode which is usually used on
grayscale displays and which allows full
refresh rate.
Automatic When selecting this option, your CORONIS
F
USION 6MP display will automatically
assign the correct video encoding settings
to the connected video input signals.
Your CORONIS FUSION 6MP display automatically detects the
connected video input signals and applies the correct grayscale
conversion settings. Manually selecting a grayscale conversion
mode is possible, but then your display’s image source
selection mode should be set to allow this. Please refer to
“Image source selection modes” on page 43 to do this.
Use Red Channel This mode is intended for grayscale
displays where gray is sent over the red
channel.
