4.1 Installation m ethods for the Base unit
For optimal performance, install the B ase unit c lose to the display and avoid o bstacles b etween the Base unit
and the Buttons.
Introduction to the installation methods
The Base unit can be installed in different ways in a meeting room .
• Table mount
• Wall mount
The articulated antennas are removable. The y can r otate for better wireless connection.
A K ensington lock is fores een on one side o f the Base Unit.
WARNING: Ceiling m ount is no t allowed !
4.2 Table mounting
Overview
Put the Base Unit directly on the meeting room table.
The t otal weight of the Base Unit is 600 g.
4.3 Wall mounting
About wall mounting
No mounting bracket is needed to install the Base unit on the wall. The Base U nit can be mounted in any position on the wall, but it
is preferred to mount it with the connections d ownwards.
The t otal weight of the Base Unit is 600 g.
Necessary tools
• a dr ill (type of drill depends on the type of wall)
• Screwdriver (depending on the use d screws)
Necessary parts
• 2 m ounting screws, m aximum head diameter of 6.5 mm
• 2 plugs
