When new firmware is available, this firmware will be loaded and the Base Unit will reboot.
Manual firmware update
1. Download the latest version of the software from B arco’s website.
2. LogintotheConfigur ator.
3. Click Support & Updates → Firmwa re .
4. To upload a firmw are ve rsion, click on Upload firm ware...
A browser window opens.
5. Browse to the file with the new software and click Open to start the up load.
Note: This should be an nad file. You might hav e to unzip the file downloaded from Bar co’s website.
Note: Updating the s oftware to the Base Unit takes several m inutes. Progress can b e followed on the m eeting room display.
The Base Unit s oftware is updated.
If a firmware downgrade is allowed on the Base Unit, check the check box in front of Allow firmware down -
grade.

About logging
Both Button and Base Unit log data is saved in log files on the Base Unit. These log files can contain debugging information. They
can be downloaded on a local computer and cleared on the Base Unit. Debug logging covers only a few hours before it will be
overwritten. Therefore, it is important if you discover a problem with y our system to d ownload the logging im mediately.
How to use
1. LogintotheConfigur ator.
2. Click Support & Updates → Troubleshoot.

3. To create a debug log, check the check box next to E nable debug logging.
4. Reproduce the issue you want to report.
5. To download the current log file, click on Download logs.
6. To clear the current log file, click Clear logs.
7. To enable logging by the C lickShare client (6):
