Barn Pros, Inc. warrants the following:
Barn Pros, Inc. will replace or pay for the aected part up to 1 year aer purchase. In no event shall Barn Pros, Inc. pay the cost of
labor or installation or any other costs related thereto. All warranties are from date of purchase.
1. Structural integrity of unit is warranted if maintained properly and in accordance with requirements.
2. Every wood product is warranted from defects in workmanship and manufacturing for one year.
CONDITIONS
The warranty is eective only when:
1. The unit has been erected in accordance with supplied engineered blueprints by a professional builder or contractor.
2. The unit has been properly painted or stained and reasonably and regularly maintained thereaer in accordance with
manufacturer’s recommendations.
3. The failure occurs when the unit is owned by the original purchaser.
4. Barn Pros, Inc. has had reasonable opportunity during the sixty (60) days following receipt of notification to inspect and
verify the failure prior to commencement of any repair work.
REQUIREMENTS
Garage Packages - to validate your warranty, it is necessary to properly maintain your Barn Pros, Inc. unit; it is recommended that
the exterior siding of your garage or workshop be treated as soon as possible or no longer than two weeks aer installation. Caulk
and flash above all doors, horizontal and vertical trim boards. Please refer to manufacturer’s specifications for complete use and
care information.
Keep vegetation trimmed away from building and make sure siding and trim do not come in contact with masonry or cement.
Water from sprinklers and downspouts must be kept o unit. In no event will Barn Pros, Inc. be responsible for any indirect,
incidental, consequential or special damages nor for failure(s) that are caused by events, acts or omissions beyond our control
including, but not limited to, misuse or improper assembly, improper maintenance (which eventually leads to rot or decay) and
acts of God. Barn Pros, Inc. will not be held responsible for any labor costs incurred to construct your unit.
Additional Manufacturer’s Warranty
The following is a summary of manufacturer warranties and does not reflect Barn Pros warranty. Please refer to each
manufacturer’s warranty for complete conditions, requirements, claim filing procedure and warranty activation steps.
1. All hardware and metal components are warranted for one year.
2. Cloplay garage doors include a limited warranty.
3. Jeldwen windows include a limited lifetime warranty.
4. Jeldwen entry doors include a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty.
5. Owens Corning roof shingles include a limited lifetime warranty.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
To make a claim under this warranty, you can either email: barns@barnpros.com or prepare a letter. Please have ready the
information below when you call or include the information when writing:
1. Customer name, address and contact information
2. The model and size of the product
3. A list of the part(s) for which the claim is made
4. Proof of purchase of the Barn Pros, Inc. item, as shown on the original invoice
