Platforms
You can read your B&N eBooks across a wide range of platforms in addition to your NOOK,
including the iPhone® and iPod touch®, BlackBerry® smartphones, as well as most Windows® and
Mac® laptops and desktop computers.
Start the day reading an eBook on your
NOOK, switch to a smartphone while commuting (not while
driving), to your personal computer during your lunch break, and back to your
NOOK when you get
home.
If you read digital content on multiple devices:
• The B&N eReader applications on your
NOOK and the other platforms keep track, and return
you to what you were reading and the page where you left o reading on each device.
• If you read the same digital content on multiple devices, the furthest read point is synchronized
across the devices. Tap Go to > Furthest read point to go to the furthest read point in the
content across the devices.
The furthest read point on your NOOK or other devices might not be up-to-date; it
depends on when synchronizations have occurred. For information about synchronizations,
see “Library Synchronization” on page 88.
The online digital library for all of your B&N eReaders is the same. You can also access your online
digital library from BN.com.
