In addition, some books will contain a small blue flag at the right end of the slider. Tapping this flag opens a window
with more options related to the book. Heres an example:

Page Layout
When youre reading content on NOOKcolor, the text fills most of the page.
The title of the book you’re reading appears in the upper left.
You may see square note here and there along the right side of the page. These icons indicate Notes.
Turning Pages
To turn the pages in whatever book or periodical you’re reading on your NOOKcolor, you can either tap on the right
or left side the screen, or swipe right or left as though you were flipping the page of a paper book.
To swipe left, set your finger on the screen, then swipe it to the left as though you were spinning a top.
To swipe right, set your finger on the screen and swipe it to the right.
Selecting Text
You can select a word or a passage of text. Once you have selected a word, you can look it up in a dictionary or on
the Web. You can also select words or passages for highlighting, making notes, or sharing through email or social
media networks such as Facebook.
To select a word or a passage of text, you can either:
