Your Library on Your NOOKcolor
Your library is where you keep everything you want to read on NOOKcolor. In your library, you will find:
• Books, magazines, and newspapers you have purchased from the NOOKstore
• Free books you have downloaded from the NOOKstore.
• Computer files you have transferred onto NOOKcolor using a USB connection from your PC or Mac. Computer
files can include EPUB files, PDF files, and Microsoft Oce files, such as Word files and Excel spreadsheets.
To access your library, tap the Library icon on the Quick Nav Bar.
The Media Bar
When you display the Library, your NOOKcolor displays the Media Bar: a row of icons along the top of the screen
that give you access to all your content.
The Sync Button
In the lower left corner of the Library is a button with two curved arrows forming a circle. This is the Sync button.
Sync’ing your NOOKcolor downloads any books and periodicals that you have purchased but have not downloaded,
yet.
The Search Tool for Your Library
Along the bottom of the Library screen is a Search tool that searches authors and titles of all publications in your
Library.
Memory Card
If you have an SD Memory Card installed in your NOOKcolor, you’ll also see two long buttons appear at the top of
the Library screen:
• My NOOKcolor
• Memory Card
