Q: How does the wall planks come in the box?
A: Each box has three 48” layers of 3” width, three 48” layers of 4” width and two 48” layers of 5”
width. Each layer has one or more pieces of varying length to complete the layer.
Q: My wall is 80x40 (inches) how many boxes would I need?
A: 80’’x 40’’ = 3200 sq inches divided by 144 = 22.5 sq x 1.15 (assuming 15% loss for end trimming) = 25.5 sq
. thus you need 3 boxes. (long story short don’t make it complicated by saying 12x12)
Q: Can I apply a polyurethane clear coat, or would that remove the color?
A: Yes you can apply a clear nish. We recommend sanding the planks prior to applying nish. Moderate to
heavy sanding will remove the natural weathered look and leave the wood lighter. The more pana le on the
lumber will result in darker boards.
Q: Can I use an air brad gun to secure these to dry wall? 1.5inch brads?
A: Recommend the use of a brad air nailer on drywall with the majority of the nails penetrang the studs.
Planks are 3/8” thick and dry wall varies in thickness but is most commonly ½”. 1.5’’ length brad nails would be
perfect for most situaons
Q: Do you recommend painting the wall behind and if so what color?
A: Painng black or dark brown is recommend so that any see through nail holes, knots or cracks do not show a
light color wall behind.

A: Price is per package

Q: If I bought this product would the colors be as diverse and varied as
compared to what is advertised in these pictures of completed walls?
A: Each box has a wide range of colors including brown and grey.
