The AGCALL command is used to send a call indicator to HF, only for HFP.

0: there are no calls in progress;
1: at least one call in progress.

The AGCALLSETUP command is used to send a call setup indicator to HF, only
for HFP.

AT+B AGCALLSETUP [callsetup]

AT-B AGCALLSETUP [status]

callsetup
0: not currently in call set up;
1: an incoming call process ongoing;
2: an outgoing call set up is ongoing;
3: remote party being alerted in an outgoing call.
