This parameter is returned in call_idx parameter of
AT-B HFCCIN indication.
Only when the op parameter equals to either 1 or 2,
index parameter has meaningful value. When the op
parmater equals to other values, index parameter’s
value can be ignored.
When op=1, <idx> = Releases specified active call only
(<idx>);
When op=2, <idx> = Request private consultation
mode with specified call (<idx>).
(Place all calls on hold EXCEPT the call indicated by
<idx>.)
