10.7 AVRCPVOLUMEUP
The AVRCPVOLUMEUP command is used to send the Category 2 Pass through
command of volume-up.

10.8 AVRCPVOLUMEDOWN
The AVRCPBACKWARD command is used to end the Category 2 Pass through
command of volume-down.

10.9 AVRCPSABSVOL
The AVRCPBACKWARD command is used by the CT (Category 2) to set the
absolute volume at category 2 TG.
