Waking the Mobile Computer
The wakeup conditions define what actions wakeup the mobile computer. These settings are configurable and the factory
default settings shown in the following Table are subject to change/update.
Table Wakeup Conditions (Default Settings)
Status Description Conditions for Wakeup
1. Power button is pressed.
2. AC power added or removed.
Key or scan button is pressed.
Power Off When the mobile computer is
set to the suspend mode by
pressing Power, these
actions wake the mobile
computer.
Real Time Clock set to wake up.
1. Power button is pressed.
2. AC power added or removed.
Key or scan button is pressed.
Auto Off When the mobile computer
goes into suspend mode by
an automatic power-off
function, these actions wake
the mobile computer.
Real Time Clock set to wake up.
5.4.6 Connection with the PC via Active Syne
To sync or installation software/data use the Microsoft program Active Sync. Active Sync is available for a free download.

Note: To communicate with various host devices, install Microsoft ActiveSync (version 4.1 or higher) on the host
computer. Use ActiveSync to synchronize information on the mobile computer with information on the host
computer. Changes made on the mobile computer or host computer appear in both places after
synchronization.
