Inbetriebnahme
- Entpacken Sie die Lötstation und kontrollieren alle Teile auf Beschädigungen. Beschädigte
Teile dürfen nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.
- Stecken Sie den Ablageständer für den Lötkolben seitlich in die Lötstation. Befeuchten Sie den
Reinigungsschwamm in der Schwammablage mit Wasser.
- Legen Sie den Lötkolben im Ablageständer ab.
- Platzieren Sie die Lötstation auf einer stabilen und unempfindlichen Fläche.
- Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker mit einer spannungsführenden Steckdose und schalten die
Lötstation am Netzschalter ein (I = Ein / 0 = Aus). Der Netzschalter leuchtet im einge-
schalteten Zustand.
Legen Sie den Lötkolben beim Aufheizen und während den Lötpausen immer
in der Lötkolbenablage ab.
Achten Sie auf saubere Lötkontakte des Werkstücks.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Elektronik-Lot. Säurehaltiges Lot kann die
Lötspitze oder das Werkstück zerstören.
- Stellen Sie am Drehregler die gewünschte Lötspitzentemperatur ein.
Die farbigen Skalensegmente entsprechen folgenden Temperaturbereichen:
Gelb ca. 150°C
Orange ca. >150 bis 270°C
Rot ca. >270 bis 480°C

Für bleihaltiges Lot wählen Sie den Anfangsbereich des ersten roten Segmentes
(ca. 270 - 360°C), für Silberlot wählen Sie das zweite rote Skalensegment
(ca. 320 - 420 °C).
Regeln Sie bei größeren Lötstellen die Temperatur nach oben, um den Lötvorgang
so schnell wie möglich und so lange als nötig durchzuführen.
Bei Arbeitspausen drehen Sie die Temperatur des Lötkolbens zurück. Dies spart
Energie und verlängert die Lebensdauer der Lötspitze
- Warten Sie ca. 2-3 Minuten, bis die eingestellte Lötspitzentemperatur erreicht ist. Testen Sie
die Temperatur mit Hilfe von Lot, dass Sie an die Lötspitze halten. Zerfließt das Lot zügig,
können Sie mit dem Löten beginnen.
- Verzinnen Sie die aufgeheizte Lötspitze mit Lot. Streifen Sie überschüssiges Lot am feuchten
Reinigungsschwamm ab.
- Erhitzen Sie die Lötstelle mit der Lötspitze und führen Lot zu.
- Lassen Sie die Lötstelle abkühlen.
- Säubern Sie die Lötspitze nach jedem Lötvorgang am feuchten Schwamm.
- Nach Beendigung der Lötarbeiten legen Sie den Lötkolben in der Ablage ab und schalten die
Lötstation am Betriebsschalter aus.
- Die Lötspitze nicht abfeilen, dadurch wird die Spitze beschädigt.
Berühren Sie niemals die heiße Lötspitze. Verbrennungsgefahr!
Lassen Sie den Lötkolben nach Gebrauch abkühlen.
Der Lötkolben darf nicht in Wasser eintauchen.
Bei Arbeitspausen muss der Lötkolben im Ablageständer abgelegt werden.
Lötspitzenwechsel
Schalten Sie die Lötstation aus und lassen Sie den Lötkolben vollständig abkühlen.
Lösen Sie die metallische Überwurfmutter an der Spitze des Lötkolbens. Nehmen Sie die Über-
wurfmutter ab und ziehen dann die Lötspitze heraus.
Klopfen Sie vorsichtig die Hülse des Lötkolbens auf einer Gummimatte aus, um mögliche
Schmutzpartikel zu entfernen
Setzen Sie eine neue Lötspitze ein und verschrauben die Mutter handfest mit dem Lötkolben.
Entsorgung
Elektronische Altgeräte sind Rohstoffe und gehören nicht in den Hausmüll. Ist das
Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer, so entsorgen Sie das Gerät gemäß den
geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei Ihren kommunalen Sammelstellen. Eine
Entsorgung über den Hausmüll ist untersagt.

Intended Use
The analogue soldering station provides an adjustable maximum temperature for soldering. All
soldering work for electronic or electrical purposes using different kinds of soft solder (lead or sil-
ver solder) can be performed due to the adjustable working temperature. The soldering tip can
be replaced.
The soldering station meets protection class 1 (with earth conductor) and should only be con-
nected to and used with a mains shockproof socket with a voltage of 220 - 240V~/50Hz.
Soldering on tensioned circuits etc is not allowed.
Do not use in adverse ambient conditions.
Adverse ambient conditions are:
• Wet or excessive air humidity,
• dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents,
• strong vibrations.
Any use other than described above is not allowed and may cause damage to the product.
Furthermore there are dangers such as fire, short circuit, electric shock etc.
No part of the product should be modified or rebuilt!
The safety instructions must be observed thoroughly!

An exclamation mark indicates important information in the operating

This device is conforms to CE and meet the necessary European regulations.
The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible because of safe-
ty and approval reasons (CE). Damaged power cables or cables to the soldering rod must only
be replaced by qualified personnel.
The construction of the soldering station meets protection class 1. Ensure the earth conductor is
not disconnected and the product is only connected to earthed sockets.
Keep electrical appliances and accessories away from children! They are not toys.
Never use the product immediately after it has been brought in from the cold into a warm room.
Condensation that forms might destroy your device. Wait until the product is at room tempera-
ture before use.
Never touch the appliance with damp or wet hands. There is the risk of a dangerous electrical
shock.
Make sure to have sufficient ventilation while soldering. Solder or solder flux can be harmful.
Wash your hands thoroughly after working with solder containing lead. Do not let solder con-
taining lead cross your lips; do not eat during the works.
The power cables (power cable and cable to the soldering iron) have to be protected against
heat and sharp edges.
Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety goggles while soldering.
Do not touch any other area of the soldering iron than the handle when working. Very hot!
Danger of burns!
Do not leave children alone in the presence of the soldering iron!
Soldering must be done on non-combustible surfaces. Make sure any material in the vicinity can-
not be damaged by the heat.
If you have reason to believe that the device can no longer be operated safely, disconnect it
immediately and secure it against being operated unintentionally.
It can be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible if:
- the device exhibits visible damage,
- the device no longer works
- it has been stored for a long time under unfavourable conditions
- the device was exposed to extraordinary stress caused by transport.
Operation
- Unpack the soldering station and check all parts for damages. Damaged parts may not be put
into operation.
- Put the holding rack for the soldering iron sideways in the soldering station. Wet the cleaning
sponge in the sponge rack with water.
- Put the soldering iron in the holding rack.
- Place the soldering station on a solid and hard wearing surface.
- Connect the mains plug to a socket and turn on the soldering station by using the power switch
(I = ON / 0 = OFF). When turned on, the power switch is lit.
Always put the soldering iron on the holding rack when it is heating up or
during breaks from soldering.
Make sure the contacts for soldering on the work piece are clean.
Only use solder for electronics. Acidic solder can damage the soldering tip or
the work piece.
- Regulate the desired temperature of the soldering iron with the adjusting knob.
The colour-coded areas are equal to following temperatures:
Yellow approx. 150°C
Orange approx. >150° to 270°C
Red approx. >270° to 480°C

For lead solder choose the start of the first red segment (approx. 270 - 360°C), for
silver solder use the beginning of the second red segment
(approx. 320 - 420°C).
For larger soldering tip adjust the temperature upwards to perform the soldering as
fast as possible and as long as necessary.
Lower the temperature during breaks. This saves energy and extends the durabili-
ty of the soldering tip.
- Wait about 2-3 minutes until the soldering tip reaches the adjusted temperature. Test the tem-
perature by touching the soldering tip with solder. If the solder melts away easily you can start
soldering.
- Tin the hot soldering tip with solder. Wipe off excessive solder on the wet cleaning sponge.
- Heat up the soldering location with the soldering tip and add solder.
- Let the soldering point cool down.
- Clean the soldering tip after each soldering procedure on the wet sponge.
- After finishing the soldering, put back the soldering iron in the rack and turn off the soldering
station at the main switch.
- Do not file off the soldering tip. Thus it will be damaged.
Never touch the hot soldering tip. Very hot! Danger of burns!
Let the soldering iron cool down after use.
The soldering iron may not be dunked into water.
During breaks, the soldering iron has to be placed in the holding rack.
Soldering tip change
Turn off the soldering station and let the soldering iron cool down completely.
Loose the metal nut on the tip of the soldering iron. Take the nut off and pull out the soldering tip.
To remove any dirt particles by carefully knocking out the cover of the soldering iron on a rub-
ber mat.
Insert a new soldering tip and screw the nut back in place by hand.
Disposal
Electronic products are raw material and do not belong to the household waste. If
you no longer can use the device return it free of charge to the official collection
points in your community. Disposal in the domestic waste is not permitted.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die analoge Lötstation ist mit einer einstellbaren Lötspitzentemperatur ausgestattet. Durch die
regelbare Temperatur können sämtliche Lötarbeiten im Elektro- und Elektronikbereich mit
diversen Weichloten (Blei- oder Silberlot) durchgeführt werden. Die Lötspitze ist wechselbar.
Die Lötstation ist in Schutzklasse 1 (mit Schutzleiter) aufgebaut und darf nur an haushaltsüblichen
Schutzkontakt-Steckdosen mit einer Netzspannung von 220 - 240V~/50Hz angeschlossen und
betrieben werden.
Lötarbeiten an spannungsführenden Teilen sind nicht zulässig.
Ein Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist nicht zulässig.
Widrige Umgebungsbedingungen sind:
• Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit,
• Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel,
• starke Vibrationen.
Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben ist nicht zulässig und führt zur Beschädigung
dieses Produktes. Darüber hinaus ist dies mit Gefahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elek-
trischer Schlag etc. verbunden.
Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden!
Die Sicherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten!

von einer Fachkraft ausgetauscht werden.
Der Aufbau der Lötstation entspricht der Schutzklasse 1. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der
Schutzleiter nicht unterbrochen ist und nur an Steckdosen mit Schutzleiter angeschlossen wird.
Elektrogeräte und Zubehör gehören nicht in Kinderhände! Es sind keine Spielzeuge.
Verbinden Sie Ihr Gerät niemals gleich dann mit dem Netz, wenn es von einem kalten in einen
warmen Raum gebracht wird. Das dabei entstehende Kondenswasser kann unter ungünstigen
Umständen zerstörend wirken. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor dem Anschließen auf
Zimmertemperatur kommen.
Fassen Sie niemals das Gerät mit nassen oder feuchten Händen an. Es besteht die Gefahr
eines elektrischen Schlages.
Sorgen Sie beim Löten für ausreichende Belüftung. Löt- und Flussmitteldämpfe können gesund-
heitsschädlich sein.
Waschen Sie Ihre Hände gründlichst, nachdem Sie mit bleihaltigem Lötzinn gearbeitet haben.
Nehmen Sie bleihaltiges Lötzinn nicht in den Mund und essen Sie nicht während dieser Arbeiten.
Die Anschlussleitungen (Netz- und Lötkolbenleitung) müssen vor Hitze und scharfen Kanten
geschützt werden.
Tragen Sie beim Löten geeignete Schutzkleidung und Schutzbrille.
Greifen Sie beim Arbeiten mit dem Lötkolben nicht über die fühlbare Griffbegrenzung am
Lötkolben. Verbrennungsgefahr!
Kinder müssen ununterbrochen beaufsichtigt werden, wenn sie sich in der Nähe von Lötkolben
aufhalten.
Löten Sie nur auf nicht-brennbaren Oberflächen. Achten Sie auf benachbarte Materialien da
diese durch die Hitze beschädigt werden können.
Wenn anzunehmen ist, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, so ist das Gerät
außer Betrieb zu setzen und gegen unbeabsichtigten Betrieb zu sichern.
Es ist anzunehmen, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn:
- das Gerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist,
- das Gerät nicht mehr arbeitet und
- nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen oder
- nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen.
