Intended use

The product is used as a headset (a combination of headphone and microphone) and is suit-

able for connection to smartphones, mobile phones, tablet computers, etc. with a 2.5 mm head-

phone jack. The audio signals are transmitted wired from the product to the connected device

and in the reverse direction. The power is supplied via the connected device.

The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not allowed. Con-

tact with moisture, for example in bathrooms or the like, must be avoided.

For safety reasons, you may not convert and/or alter the product. If you use the product for pur-

poses other than those described above, the product may be damaged. Furthermore, improper

use may cause risks such as short-circuits, fire, electric shocks etc. Please read the operating

instructions carefully and do not discard them. If you pass the product on to a third party, please

hand over these operating instructions as well.

Safety Instructions

Please read the operating instructions carefully and pay particular attention

to the safety instructions. We do not assume liability for injuries/material

damages resulting from failure to observe the safety instructions and the

information in these operating instructions regarding the proper handling of

the product. Furthermore, in such cases, the warranty/guarantee will be null

and void.

a) Persons / product

• The product is not a toy. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

• Do not leave packaging material carelessly lying around. It may become a danger-

ous plaything for children.

• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong vibrations,

high humidity, moisture, combustible gases, vapours and solvents.

• Never expose the product to mechanical stress.

• If safe operation is no longer possible, take the device out of service and secure it

against unintended use. Safe operation is no longer possible, if the product:

- has visible damages,

- no longer functions properly,

- has been stored under adverse ambient conditions for an extended period of

time or

- has been exposed to considerable strain during transport.

• Handle the product with care. It can be damaged by impact, blows, or by being

dropped, even from a low height.

• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices that are

connected to this product.

• Do not wear the product in surroundings that call for your complete attention (e.g.,

in street traffic or while operating machines or tools). There is a risk of accident and

injuries!

• Do not turn the volume too high, as this may lead to permanent hearing loss.

Choose a volume level that is comfortable for you and not too loud.

b) Other information

• If you have doubts about how the equipment should be operated or how to connect

it safely, consult a trained technician.

• Maintenance, adjustment and repair work may only be carried out by an expert or

a specialist workshop.

• If you have any questions, that are not answered in these operating instructions,

please contact our technical customer service or another specialist.

Getting started

• Connect the jack plug of the product with a 2.5 mm headphone jack of a smartphone, mobile

phone, tablet computer, etc.

• Place the earphones in your ears.

Make sure that the microphone is not obstructed during operation (e.g., by a collar,

shawl, scarf, etc.) to ensure optimum voice quality.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Apart from an occasional cleaning, this product is maintenance-free.

Do not place the product in or under water for cleaning.

Disconnect the product from the connected device before cleaning.

Use only a clean, dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning.

Disposal

Electronic devices are recyclable material and do not belong in the household waste.

Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current

statutory requirements.

You thereby fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the

environment.
