• Maintenance, modications and repairs must only be completed by a technician
or an authorised repair centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,
contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
• Attention, LED light:
- Do not look directly into the LED light!
- Do not look into the beam directly or with optical instruments!.
• Do not use without protective glass cover over the LED element. If the protective
glass cover is broken it must be replaced. If the LED fails you should replace the
entire tting.
b) Installation
• Installation of the product must be carried out by a qualied professional (i.e. an
electrician) who is familiar with all applicable regulations!
• By handling mains voltage improperly, you endanger not only yourself but also
others!
• Do not hang or secure any objects (e.g. decorations) to the light.
• Always comply with the accident prevention regulations for electrical equipment
when using the product in industrial facilities.
• Only use a suitable, xed mains cable for power supply.
• A suitable switch is required for turning the product on and off.
• When drilling or tightening screws, make sure there are no cables, wires or pipes
located underneath the surface. Inadvertently drilling through electric cables can
cause life-threatening danger of an electric shock!
• The choice of an unsuitable installation location can lead to personal injury or
material damage!
c) Location
• The product has an IP65 rating and can be mounted and operated both indoors
and outdoors.
• Do not position the device near sources of heat. For example, hot ventilation
ducts, air conditioning units, or lamps.
• Risk of electric shock. Do not install near a pool, spa or water fountain.
• Position the panel where it will not be affected by falling objects or animals.
• Product is suitable for direct mounting on normally ammable surfaces.
• Wall-mounting is permissible only where the wall concerned is of the correct type
and condition. Lightweight partition walls or those made from gypsum boards are
normally unsuitable.
• The product is suitable for use in unprotected areas. It must however not be used
in or under water. This poses a risk of fatal electric shock!
• Do not mount the product to or inside vehicles.
• When mounting the product, take into consideration the routing of the mains cable.
• This product is not explosion-proof. Never use the product in rooms which contain
or may contain ammable gases, vapors or combustible dusts! There is a risk of
explosion!

Intended Use
This product is suitable for installation in damp environments (indoors/outdoors) and can be
both wall and ceiling mounted. It has an ingress protection rating of IP65 and emits a natural
white 4000K light.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In
addition, improper use can result in short circuits, res, electric shocks or other hazards. Read
the instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product available to third
parties only together with its operating instructions.

a) General Information
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become
dangerous playing material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts,
ammable gases, steam and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and
protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed
if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height
can damage the product.
