Intended use
The product is used to fuse tin-solder in order
to connect components to each other. The
power is supplied via a USB port.
This product is intended for indoor use only.
Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture
(e.g. in bathrooms) must be avoided under all
circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must
not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using
the product for purposes other than those
described above may damage the product. In
addition, improper use can cause hazards such
as a short circuit, re or electric shock. Read
the instructions carefully and store them in a
safe place. Only make this product available
to third parties together with its operating
instructions.

• This device is not intended to be used by
people (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of
experience and/or lack of knowledge unless
they are supervised by a person responsible
for their safety or have received instructions
on how to use the device.
• Children should always be supervised by an
adult to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around
carelessly. It may become a dangerous toy
for children.
• Protect the product from extreme
temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts,
high humidity, moisture, ammable gases,
vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any
mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the
product safely, stop using it and prevent
unauthorized use. Safe operation can no
longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in
poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious
transport-related stresses.
• Always handle the product carefully. Jolts,
impacts or a fall even from a low height may
damage the product.
• Always observe the safety and operating
instructions of any other devices which are
connected to the product.
• The soldering tip is very hot during operation.
Never touch the hot soldering tip. This poses
a risk of serious burns.
• During working breaks or to allow it to cool,
place the soldering iron with its soldering tip
on the included stand.
• Place the stand on a heat-resistant surface.
Otherwise the surface may be damaged if
the soldering iron slips from the stand.
• After use, let the product cool down to room
temperature before you store it.
• Do not inhale fumes. Fumes can be harmful
to health. Work only in rooms in which a fume
cupboard is present.
• Always comply with the accident prevention
regulations for electrical equipment when
using the product in industrial facilities.
• Make sure that the cable is not pinched,
kinked or damaged by sharp edges.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how
to use or connect the product.
• Maintenance, modications and repairs are
to be performed exclusively by an expert or
at a qualied shop.

Operation
Never connect the product to a PC or notebook.
The USB port to which the product is connected must supply an output current of 1.6
A (1600 mA).
Use a USB power supply or power bank as a power source.
• Remove the protective cap from the soldering tip. To do this, do not turn the protective cap.
• Connect the jack plug of the supplied cable to the jack on the bottom of the handle.
• Connect the USB plug with a suitable USB power source.
• Touch the small metal semi-sphere on the handle. The red LED lights up. The soldering tip
heats up. After approximately 15 seconds, the product is ready for soldering.
• When you release the small metal semi-sphere, the product automatically switches to sleep
mode after 25 seconds. The heating process is stopped.
• To completely turn off the product, disconnect the cable.
Replacing the soldering tip
• Disconnect the product from the power supply. Allow the soldering tip to cool down completely.
• Loosen the nut at the bottom end of the soldering tip. Remove the nut.
• Carefully remove the soldering tip.
• Insert a new, identical soldering tip.
• Secure the soldering tip with the previously loosened nut.
Care and cleaning
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it. Allow the soldering
tip to cool down completely.
• The product does not contain any components that require maintenance. Never attempt to
open or disassemble it.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
damage the housing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
• Do not use a le or sandpaper to clean the soldering tip. This may damage the soldering tip.
• Clean the soldering tip with a damp sponge to remove ux and solder residue.
Then dry the soldering tip thoroughly.
• Clean the device exterior only with a soft, dry cloth or brush.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household waste.
Always dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
