bin label until the list of
volumes appears:
4. The V1 will show a tab with a CD-R icon and a
?
label. Click this tab to label
the CD and create the associated V1 database files. The
?
 will be replaced with
the label that you enter. Now click on this tab to “mount” the CD for use on
the chosen bin. You will see the CD-R icon in the bin button:
5. As soon as the V1 creates its database files in the temporary CD burning
folder, Windows will prompt you a message to inform you of this. You may
ignore these messages until you are ready to create the CD:
6. Use the
Move
button to copy one or more videos to your new CD. You
should limit the video that you move to the CD to 650 or 700 megabytes
(depending on the CD capacity).
7. When you are done and ready to burn the CD, you should first un-mount it
from the bin you previously mounted it to. This will insure that the V1
database on the CD is properly closed. To do this, hold down the bin label
once again and wait for the list of volume tabs to appear. Select
HARDDISK
.
8. To trigger the Windows CD burning wizard, one easy way is to eject the CD
and then re-insert it. Instead, you may also visit the My Computer icon on
your desktop and open your CD drive folder. You should see the V1 Video
folder. Click
Write these files to CD
.
