ingtab(11)isinthe
“vertical”positionto
preventthejawfrom
slidingout
•
Therearlegis
engagedfullyintoits
housingandtherear
leglockingknob(10)
istightenedrmly.
When in its
folded position
the rear leg
becomes a
carrying handle,
to aid in
transportation.
OPERATION
CLAMPING
1. Checkthatthemovingjawlockingtab
(11)issettothehorizontalpositionand
pushthemovingjaw(1)backuntilyour
workpiecetsbetweenthejaws.
2. Placetheworkpieceagainstthexedjaw
(2)andslidethemovingjawforwarduntil
ittouchestheworkpiece.
The jaw can also be advanced
forward by pressing the foot pedal
repeatedly.
3. Slidethelock/releaseswitch(4)downto
the“lock”position.
If preferred the switch can be
locked after the work is clamped.
4. Applydownward
pressureonthefoot
pedal(5)until
sufcientclamping
forcehasbeen
applied.
For extra force you may stand on
the foot pedal (maximum 100kg) but
do not jump on it, as you could
damage the unit.
