Cleaning the water inlet filter
IMPORTANT: Switch off your washing machine and disconnect the
plug from your mains supply.
o Switch off the water supply to the
washing machine and then separate the
inlet hose from the water tap.
o Pull out the inlet filter.
o Use a small brush to remove any dirt or
obstructions from the inlet filter.
o Put the inlet filter back in its original position and reconnect the
inlet hose to the water tap. Finally switch back on the water
supply to the machine.
Winter storage
o You should install your appliance in a location where it will not be
subjected to freezing temperatures.
o If you are going to store your appliance in a location where the
temperature will drop below freezing in winter, then you should
follow the table below.
Preparing for Winter Using after Winter
o Disconnect from mains water supply.
o Disconnect and drain the water from the
inlet hose.
o Run the washing machine on a drain or
spin setting for 1 minute.
o Unplug the power supply cord.
o Flush water pipes
and hoses.
o Reconnect water
inlet hose.
o Reconnect to water
supply.
o Reconnect power
supply cord.
o Reconnect water
outlet hose.
