Error code failure system
If your appliance senses that it is not operating correctly, then an error
code may appear in the LCD display.
The following error codes can possibly be remedied by the customer
and the steps outlined below should be followed.
BEFORE COMPLETING ANY MAINTAINEANCE ON THE
APPLIANCE, IT SHOULD BE DISCONNECTED FROM YOUR MAINS
POWER SUPPLY.
NO DISPLAY
o Power failure.
9 Check that the power plug is in the mains socket correctly.
9 Check the mains fuse.
E01
o The door is not closed.
9 Close the door firmly.
E02
o Low water pressure.
9 Check the water pressure of your mains water supply.
9 Clean the mesh filter that sits in the inlet hose.
9 Make sure the water tap that the machine is connected to is turned
on fully.
E03
o Pump filter clogged.
9 Clean the filter.
E04
o The washing machine is overloaded.
9 Clean the pump filter.
9 Reduce the wash load.
E05
o No water in the washing machine.
9 Make sure the water tap that the machine is connected to is turned
on fully.
9 Clean the mesh filter that sits in the inlet hose.
E06
o The water was not pumped out.
9 Clean the drain pump filter.
9 Check the drain hose is not blocked or kinked.
