: The cooker hood must not
be fitted above stoves with a
radiant top plate.

We recommend that at least
two people install this hood.
NOTE: Your Baumatic Cooker Hood should only be fitted on a wall. Do
NOT position it any less than 700 mm (70 cm) above the hob.
ALL THE PARTS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION ARE SUPPLIED IN YOUR HOOD.
1) Remove the metal anti-grease
filters.
2) Take the hood CANOPY(or use the
attached jig if supplied by taping
it to the wall) and place against
the wall. Mark out the position
where the screws will go through
the support and anchoring holes
at the back of the CANOPY.
3) Drill holes in the wall over these
marks using a 6mm diameter bit.
4) Insert rawlplugs.
5) Work the support screws into their
holes (the two top holes that
you’ve just drilled), leaving 10mm
of screw showing.
6) Attach the hood by hanging it on
the support screws.
7) Tighten the support screws and
work the anchoring (lower)
screws into place, tightening
them all the way in.
