o Fit a new 12 V/10 W halogen bulb. IMPORTANT: DO NOT touch
the light bulb surface directly with your fingers, as this may
damage the bulb and shorten its longevity.
o Screw the light bulb cover (1) back into place.
o Restore the power supply.
Installation
The installation must be carried out by a suitably
qualified person, in accordance with the current
version of the following.
o UK Regulations and Safety Standards or their European Norm
Replacements.
o Building Regulations (issued by the Department of the
Environment).
o Building Standards (issued by the Scottish Development
Department).
o IEE Wiring Regulations.
o Electricity At Work Regulations.
Before beginning to install your appliance, check that
there is no sign of damage (on the inside or the
outside of the microwave), and that there are no
packing materials or accessories inside the cavity.
Remove any protective film on the microwave.
