INSTALLATION AND OPERATING MANUAL
This system allows all the consumption data of the building to be handled from a single station, thus reducing measure-
ment times whilst protecting user privacy. Transmission frequency is the 868 MHz established by the national radio tran-
smission plan (European standard). The duration and power of the radio signal are irrelevant and are in no way connected
with prob- lems of “electro smog”.
The heat meters of the various user modules transmit consumption via a radio signal and the relative oor aerials (WTT16)
which receive and save the data. Consumption can be read by connecting a Personal computer to any of the oor aerials
via radio or making a cable connection to an aerial with a serial output or using a remote modem (GSM).

During installation, no special start-up procedures are required for radio transmissions as all the system components
are
automatically congured for signal transmissions. These characteristics guarantee rapid, problem-free start-up and sim-
ple system management.
Install the Radio system according to the following parameters:

The oor aerials (WTT16) must be xed to a wall of the stairwell, at a height that prevents tampering, using the supplied
expansion grip. The Gateway aerial (WTX16.GSM) must be installed in the entrance area of the metered building (this
com- ponent requires mains voltage input).
