• From underneath the vehicle, position the
headers onto the heads and install a bolt or two
to hold them in place.

• Transfer all 4 oxygen sensors from the stock
exhaust manifolds and mid-pipes to the BBK
Headers and cat/off-road sections. NOTE!!! Be
sure to add a small amount of anti-seize to
the top thread of each oxygen sensor using
the supplied anti-seize packet. As you thread
the oxygen sensor back into the part the
anti-seize will spread evenly throughout the
threads.
• From above, position the gaskets in place and
install all the supplied header bolts and tighten.
First torque them to 11ft lbs then to 18ft lbs.
• Install the supplied studs into the header
collector flanges.
STEP 14
• Reconnect all 4 oxygen sensor plugs.
STEP 13
• Install the supplied cat sections or off-road pipe
sections to the collectors using the supplied
hardware. Slide the stock exhaust clamps over
the pipes to connect to the rear. Position the
oxygen sensor bungs at a slight upward angle.
Tighten the clamps and collector nuts.
STEP 16
• Re-install spark plugs, wires, oil dipstick and
tube. Re-install the air box and inlet tube.
Reconnect the breather hose and Mass Air
Sensor Plug.
STEP 17
• Remove the oil cap and re-install the engine
cover and replace the oil cap. Reconnect the
battery and start the engine to check for any
leaks. Re-torque the header bolts after about
100 miles of driving.
