IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE,
ELECTR I C SHOCK OR PERSONAL INJURY.
- Turn off/unplug and allowto cool before replacing bulb,
cleaning or other maintenance .
- Bulb gets HOT quickly! Touch only switch/plug
when turning on.
Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
• Do not look directly at lighted bulb.
- Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
• Use only with 40W or smaller bulb.
- Do not touch bulb at any time.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. iay out all . parts on smooth surface as shown In illustration.

2. Screw post (B ) onto base (A) and tighten.
3. Screw post (C ) onto base (B) and tighten .
4. Screw body (D) onto post ( C ) and tighten.
5 . Screw i n a 40 Watt ed i son b u lb ( i ncluded} into socket (G).
6. Unscrew screws ( E) from shade (H} , fit the shade (H) onto
cup (F} , then t i ghten w i th screws (E) .
7 . Plug i nto out l e t and turn on the foot on/off sw i tch and
enjoy.
MAINTENANCE:
- Light bulb recommended.
Use one Type E26 40W ED I SON li ght bulb.
- To clean , use soft c l oth only.
- Do not use any chemica l or abras i ve cleaners.
