Assembly for 5ft, 6ft, 7ft, and 8ft Width Houstonian Awnings

Step 1: Count every part to make sure you have the proper amount for your
specific awning width size (ft).
Step 2: Frame Assembly for 5ft, 6ft, 7ft, and 8ft Houstonians:
Parts you will need: 4-(a) Black Nylon ā€œLā€ Connectors, 1-(b1) Left Top Bar, 1-(b2) Right Top Bar,
1 -(c1) Left Front Bar (with Hook Extenders), 1-(c2) Right Front Bar (with Hook Extenders), 2-(p)
Aluminum Inserts, 12-(f) Sheet Screws, 1- Rubber Mallet/Hammer, 1- Power Drill
a) Lay out the frame parts to where the (b1) Left Top Bar, 1-(p) Aluminum Insert, and (b2) Right
Top Bar are parallel to the (c1) Left Front Bar (with Hook Extenders),1-(p) Aluminum Insert, and
(c2) Right Front Bar (with Hook Extenders).Refer to the figure A1.

b) Make sure the curves of the hooks on the (c1) Left Front Bar (With Hook) and (c2) Right Front
Bar (With Hook) facing downwards. Make sure the extenders of the (b1) Left Top Bar and (b2)
Right Top Bar are facing downwards. Refer to the figure A2.
