The Routing options key
You can set your drive profile in the
Routing options settings window. The
settings made here have an effect on the
route selection and on the calculation of
the estimated journey times.

Routing options in the settings
menu.
The Routing options settings menu ap-
pears.
> Select the mode of travel by repeatedly
pressing the
Profile field.
> Select one of the following options by
pressing the field on the right next to
the
Routing type display.
Setting Meaning
Show signs The Show signs button
allows you to show traffic
signs if you exceed the
speed limit.
In town With the button next to
In town, you can set the
amount over the speed
limit at which you would
like to receive an acoustic
warning within built-up
areas.
Out of town With the button next to
Out of town, you can set
the amount over the
speed limit at which you
would like to receive an
acoustic warning outside
built-up areas.
Warning With the or but-
tons, you can set whether
you would like to receive
an acoustic warning with
regard to speed limits
which only apply during
rainy or snowy condi-
tions, or at particular
times.

Some of the information contained in
the map material may be inaccurate due
to short-term or recent changes (such as
road works, for example).
Supplying information is secondary to
the navigation system's main function,
which is traffic monitoring and sign-
posting.
