• For more information on your most
recent Food Dose and the time your
IDD expired, tap the orange Alert icon
to view the IDD Status screen.
• To deactivate your IDD, tap
Deactivate IDD
at the bottom of
the screen and proceed with the screen
prompts to deactivate your IDD and
set up a new IDD. See Section 5.8 on
page 140 for more instructions.

IMPORTANT: You cannot restart or reuse your IDD once
you have deactivated the device.
What it means:
• The “IDD Status Expired” message at
the bottom of the screen means the IDD
has reached its 3-day expiry and is no
longer delivering insulin. The IDD must
be deactivated.
What to do:
• Tap orange
