Ketones
Weak acids produced when the body begins to
break down fat for energy instead of glucose.
Lancet
A device used to puncture the tip of your finger
to expel blood.
Leakage
An accidental escape of a fluid (insulin) from the
IDD.
Lotion
A thick, smooth aqueous preparation with
insoluble materials intended to be applied to the
skin for medical or cosmetic purpose.

MRI
Magnetic resonance imaging is a technique that
uses a magnetic field and radio waves to create
detailed images of the organs and tissues within
the human body.
Mild
Hypoglycemia
In the early stages of hypoglycemia you might
feel all, some, or in some cases, none of theses
signs and symptoms: sudden hunger, headache,
shaking, fast or pounding heartbeat, sweating,
tired, dizzy, blurred vision, nervous or excited,
drowsy, numbness or tingling around mouth and
lips.
Occlusion
A blockage or interruption in insulin delivery.
