PRODUCT DRIES CLEAR - IT WILL LOOK MILKY IN CAN AND AT INITIAL APPLICATION.
CAUTION: Surfaces may become slippery when wet. Use caution
when walking on surface when moisture is present.
WHERE TO USE
Uncoated and Previously Coated Interior or Exterior surfaces
such as Concrete, Masonry, Stucco, Cinder Block, and any
Porous Stone or Brick. Not designed for use on wood, metal,
or silicone treated surfaces. NOTE: SOME SURFACES MAY
APPEAR SLIGHTLY DARKER AFTER PRODUCT DRIES.
PREPARATION† (Proper Surface Preparation is Required.)
For Uncoated Surfaces:
• All surfaces must be clean, sound, dry and free of any dirt, oil and grease.
• New concrete must cure for a minimum of 30 days prior to priming.
• Patch all holes and cracks and allow to dry.
• For touch-ups where surface coatings have failed, completely remove
all loose or peeling paint.
• Use a paint stripper to remove any previous coatings or sealers.
• Clean and etch surface using a product such as a muriatic acid etcher
(read and follow all manufacturer’s label directions) to achieve a
textured prole similar to 150 grit sandpaper.
• Wipe your ngers over the clean, dry oor to check for dust or powder.
Ensure there is no residue on your ngers that may have been left
from the etcher. If residue is found, rinse the surface to remove
residue. Allow the surface to dry completely. Sprinkle a few drops of
water onto the surface. If water is quickly absorbed and the surface
feels like 150 grit sandpaper, the surface is ready. If not, re-etch.
For Previously Coated Surfaces:
• For a painted surface in sound condition, use a product to clean and
prepare the surface.
• If the coating is failing or peeling, use a paint stripper to remove old
coating or scrape/sand down to a sound concrete surface.
• Scuff sand glossy surfaces.
• Clean and spot etch any exposed concrete. Remove all dust with a damp
cloth, allow to dry.
APPLICATION
• DO NOT THIN.
• Stir primer thoroughly before and occasionally during application.
• Avoid temperatures lower the 50° F
• Use product when air and surface temperatures are between 50-
90° F (10-32° C).
• Apply using a high quality pump sprayer, 1/4” - 3/8” nap roller,
nylon/polyester brush or a pad applicator.
DRY TIME
• Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and in higher
humidity. Must apply a topcoat after at least 4 hours, but
before 30 days.
DISPOSAL
• Properly dispose of all soiled rags. To recycle or properly dispose
of product in your community, contact your household refuse
collection service.

abrading may release sanding dust, which may be harmful if inhaled and has been shown

mist. To avoid breathing in dust, vapors, and spray mist, open windows and doors or use other
means to ensure fresh air entry during application, drying, sanding, and/or abrading. If properly
used, a respirator (NIOSH approved with particulate pre-lter) may offer additional protection
and should be used if adequate ventilation cannot be provided; obtain professional advice before
using. Wear eye protection and protect skin with chemical resistant clothing. If you experience
eye watering, headaches, or dizziness during application or drying, increase fresh air or leave
the area. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Close container after
each use. FIRST AID: If you experience difculty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air.
If continued difculty is experience, get medical assistance immediately. In case of eye contact,
ush immediately with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes and get medical attention; for
skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If swallowed, get medical attention immediately.
