begins to rattle and often during use.
Hold can upright, moving from side-to-side while spraying
lightly and evenly about 12" from area being painted.
Always start and nish spraying o the object. Each spray
pass should overlap the previous pass by half.
Test your spray application technique on a scrap surface or
inconspicuous area before starting the project.
Apply multiple thin coats to prevent dripping and sagging.
Two to three thin coats produce best results. Allow to dry
between each coat.
Dries to Touch in 15–30 min. Cooler Temperatures or
higher humidity may prolong drying time.
Use BEHR Primer for enhanced adhesion over bare wood
and metal.
NOTE: Use BEHR PREMIUM™ Chalk Decorative Aerosol
No. 714044 over glossy surfaces to create a matte nish.
Dry Time: @ 77°F (25° C) and 50% RH:
Allow to dry between each coat.
To Touch: 15 minutes
To Recoat: before 1 hour or after 24 hours
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface must be clean, free of dust, grease, wax,
peeling paint, mold and mildew. If washing is necessary,
use a nonsoapy detergent or a TSP substitute. Rinse well
and allow to dry.
Scrape o loose paint and sand to a smooth surface.
For maximum adhesion, sand glossy surfaces thoroughly
before coating. For optimal adhesion to dicult surfaces
apply a coat of primer such as BEHR® Interior/Exterior
Bonding Primer, BEHR® Multi-Surface Interior/Exterior
Primer & Sealer No. 436 or KILZ® Original Aerosol (for
smaller areas).

VOC-compliant paint thinner or mineral spirits where
allowed. Otherwise use acetone.
