BEHR PRO

i100 Interior Dead Flat
High Hide
Good Touch-Up
WHERE TO USE
Ideal for walls and ceilings in high turnover properties.
PREPARATION
All surfaces should be properly prepared and cleaned.
Remove loose paint, wash off dirt and grease with detergent,
rinse and allow to dry. Remove mildew stains with a mildew
stain removing product. Scuff sand glossy surfaces and
repair imperfections. Remove all dust with a damp cloth,
allow to dry. Allow new concrete, plaster and masonry to
cure for 30 days before painting.
PRIME
Prime new drywall with a product such as KILZ
®
PVA Drywall
Primer or BEHR PREMIUM PLUS
®
No. 73 Drywall Primer &
Sealer. For stain-blocking, or over oil-based or glossy surfaces,
use a product such as BEHR PREMIUM PLUS Interior/Exterior
Multi-Surface Primer & Sealer No. 436. For disaster restoration
use a product such as water-base KILZ MAX
®
Primer or oil-base
KILZ Original Primer to permanently block severe stains and
odors. After priming, test for stain bleed-through by applying
the topcoat to a small section. If the stain bleeds through the
topcoat, apply a second coat of primer and test again before
top-coating the entire area. If bleeding continues, allow primer to
dry a full 24 hours before top-coating. Prime all metal surfaces
before painting.
APPLICATION
Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 35-90 °F
(2-32 °C). Stir paint occasionally. Intermix containers of same
product to ensure color and sheen uniformity. Use a high quality
3/8”-3/4” nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush or airless
sprayer (.017 - .021" spray tip, 60 mesh filter). Product is
formulated for use at package consistency only. DO NOT THIN.
Cooler temperatures or higher humidity may prolong drying time.
After 2 weeks, cured paint film may be cleaned with a mild, non-
abrasive liquid detergent.

CONTACT WITH SKIN AND EYES AND AVOID BREATHING OF VAPORS AND SPRAY
MIST. WEAR EYE PROTECTION AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. USE ONLY WITH
ADEQUATE VENTILATION.
To avoid breathing vapors and spray mist, open windows

(NIOSH approved for organic vapor with P series particulate pre-filter) may offer additional protection;
obtain professional advice before using. A dust mask does not provide protection against vapors. Avoid
contact with eyes and skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Close container after each use. FIRST

experienced, get medical assistance immediately. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with plenty
