Metals: Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals: All metals
should be clean and free of any oils, rust, mill scale or other
contaminants. All metals require sucient “tooth” or prole
for optimum adhesion and therefore require some type of
sanding, abrasion, or chemical etching. Oil lms: (especially
on new or galvanized metals) should be removed by
scrubbing the surface with a detergent and water solution,
and thoroughly rinsed. Rust and Mill Scale: Remove all
rust and mill scale using sandpaper, steel wool, abrasive
blasting, or other abrading methods. Prole: For best
adhesion results, sand all metal surfaces (including new
ones) with sandpaper, steel wool, or etch using a product
such as BEHR PREMIUM® Concrete & Masonry
Cleaner & Etcher No. 991. All ferrous metals must be primed
the same day it is cleaned to prevent rust.
WARNING! If you scrape, sand or remove old paint, you may
release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC. Contact the National Lead
Information Center at 1-800-424-LEAD or log on to
www.epa.gov/lead.
CLEAN UP:
Clean all tools and equipment with clean water. For disposal
of empty containers and unused product, contact your
household refuse collection service.
CAUTIONS/LIMITATIONS:

• Do not use on oors
• Do not use when air and surface temperatures are below
50°F or above 90°F
• Do not use over glossy surfaces
• Shelf life under normal conditions is two years unopened
• Keep from freezing
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Warning! Causes eye and skin irritation. Wear protective
clothing, gloves, eye, and face protection. Do not eat, drink,
or smoke when using this product. Take o contaminated
clothing and wash it before reuse. Wash hands thoroughly
after handling. Dispose of unused, contents, container and
other contaminated wastes in accordance with local, state,
federal and provincial regulations.
First aid: If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several
minutes and remove contacts if present and easy to do.
Continue rinsing and get medical attention if eye irritation
persists. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If
swallowed: Rinse mouth and get medical attention if you
feel unwell.
