PRODUCT INFORMATION
BEHR® MULTI-PURPOSE CAULK is a premium grade interior/exterior siliconized acrylic caulk that prevents craze cracking,
shiners (gloss change/discoloration of paint lm) is easily applied with consistent ow/no air-pops. This product is brush/roll
paintable in 30 minutes, compatible with all oil and water-based paints, and can be spray-painted immediately.
RECOMMENDED USES:
Use on properly prepared interior or exterior surfaces to seal connection joints such as:
• Baseboards • Window Frames • Door Frames • Trim • Molding • Siding
• Stairs • Skirtings • Windowsills • Corner joints • Pipes • Vents
Use for lling cracks or screw/nail holes in walls and ceilings of:
• Wood • Drywall/Gypsum Board • Plaster • Brick • Concrete
• Fiber Cement • Stucco • Most Metals • Stone • Glass
• Vinyl • Other Common Building Materials

COVERAGE CHART:
Coverage will vary depending upon joint size. Approximate
coverage for a 10.1  oz cartridge is 55 linear feet with a
3/16" bead.
APPLICATION:
• Using proper safety precautions, cut the tip at a 45° angle
to desired bead size.
• Apply with conventional hand or air-powered caulking
equipment in a continuous operation with adequate
pressure to ll the joint to the proper width and depth
(do not overll the joint).
• Gun caulk into void to provide a solid ll.
• Use backer rod for gaps larger than 1/2" x 1/2".
• Smooth using a dry tool or a slightly wet spatula if
necessary.
• Allow 30 minutes for caulk skin to form before painting
with a brush/roller, or spray paint immediately.
• When nished be sure to remove and clean up all excess
wet caulk with a damp sponge before it skins over.
Excess dried caulk must be cut or scraped away.
• Reseal cartridge for storage and reuse.
Dry Time: @ 77°F & 50% RH
Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and in
higher humidity.
Tooling Time (Working Time): 15 minutes
Skinning Time: 30 minutes
Paint-Ready Time:

Full Cure: 2 weeks
SURFACE PREPARATION:
All surfaces must be clean and free of dust, chalk, oil, grease,
wax, polish, mold and mildew stains, rust, loose material
and all other foreign substances.
CURED PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES:
CLEANUP & DISPOSAL:
Clean tools, equipment and excess uncured material with
soap and water immediately after use. For disposal of empty
containers, unused product and soiled rags, contact your
household refuse collection service.
CAUTIONS/LIMITATIONS:
Store container in a cool, dry place away from extreme
heat or cold. Protect from freezing.
• Not intended for below-grade or water immersion applications.
• Not recommended for lling butt joints, surface defects,
tuckpointing or expansion joints.
• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics,
neoprene and bituminous substrates.
• For best results, apply at temperatures between 40°F – 9F.
• Not recommended for outside applications when rain or
freezing conditions are expected within 24 hours.
• Not intended for sealing building envelope.
• Joint backing is limited to interior use only.
• For outdoor application caulked area should be painted over.
• Wash hands thoroughly after handling and before smoking
and eating.
• Shelf life under normal conditions is 12 months unopened.
