(2) GAIN – This knob adjusts the level of the microphone's output signal through the USB or PHONES output. (3) PATTERN – Depending on your recording needs, use this rotary switch to choose between four polar patterns: Stereo, Omnidirectional, Cardioid or Bidirectional. (4) MUTE – Press this button to mute off the microphone’s output.

The microphone should run automatically when plugged into your computer’s USB input without need for any further drivers.
