Set all controls as shown: TREBLE and BASS knobs to their centered position at 12 o'clock; LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, LINE/INST LEVEL and MASTER set to their minimum levels at the full counter-clockwise position. Make all necessary connections. DO NOT turn on the power yet. Turn on your audio sources (mixer, microphones, instruments). Turn on your speaker(s) by pressing the POWER switch.
