(EN) Connect the B12X/B15X to a power
outlet by using the included IEC power
cable.
(EN) Connect all analog microphone and/
or instrument cables to their respective
input jacks. Make sure all outboard audio
gear is switched o for now.
(EN) Power up the B12X/B15X by pressing
the POWER switch to the “on” position.
The startup screen will appear on the
LCD display.
(EN) Reduce the volume by going to the
VOLUME screen in the DSP and rotating
the ENCODER KNOB until the VOLUME
setting reaches its lowest setting.
(EN) Go to the INPUT screen and reduce all
inputs to their lowest settings by rotating
the ENCODER KNOB.
(EN) Power up any outboard audio gear
connected to the B12X/B15X.
(EN) Raise the volume back up to a
low-to-medium setting in the VOLUME
screen to begin setting input levels.
(EN) Set microphone levels by going back
to the INPUT screen. Speak or sing into
each microphone while raising each mic’s
respective gain level (A or B) with the ENCODER
KNOB until you  nd a comfortable gain level that
does not distort the audio signal.
(EN) If you intend to stream Bluetooth
audio, go to the Bluetooth Streaming
section of this Quick Start Guide and
follow the setup instructions.
(EN) Set Bluetooth levels by going to the
INPUT screen and raising/lowering the
BT gain setting until you  nd comfortable
level settings.
(EN) Go to the MODE screen and choose an
equalization preset that suits your needs
(Music, Live, Speech or Club).
(EN) Go to the EQ screen and adjust
the Bass, Mid and Treble settings if
you need to make further
equalization adjustments.
(EN) Make  nal volume adjustments by
going to the VOLUME screen and
rotating the ENCODER KNOB until you
 nd the desired  nal volume level.
