(1) MP3 PLAYBACK input accepts USB
connections from memory devices
with MP3  les.
(2) LCD DISPLAY shows the status of
the MP3  le being played.
(3) MAIN LEVEL Adjusts the
overallvolume.
(4) MP3 LEVEL independently
controls the playback level of the
currently-playing MP3  le.
(5) PHANTOM Sends 48V of phantom
power to the MIC/LINE inputs to
power condenser microphones.
TheLED lights when the PHANTOM
button isengaged.
(6) MP3 PLAYBACK section manages
navigation and playback of  les
from a USB  ash drive.
(7) DISP(LAY)/MODE buttons control
the MP3 player’s play mode and
also serve as contrast controls for
the LCD display.
(8) MIC/LINE INPUTS Route line-
level input signals into these
combination jacks using XLR,
balanced ¼" TRS, orunbalanced
¼"TS connectors.
(9) LEVEL 1-3 Adjusts the input
sensitivity for the MIC/LINE
combinationjacks.
(10) INSTRUMENT Press this button
to optimize the MIC/LINE 2 input
for unbalanced signals from
instruments using ¼"TSplugs.
(11) CD INPUT Route signals from
CDplayers, MP3 players, DJmixers,
and other line-level sound sources
into these RCA jacks.
(12) LEVEL 4 Adjusts the input
sensitivity (gain) for the CDINPUT
RCAjacks.
(13) EQ Cut or boost treble, mid, and
bass frequencies by ±15 dB.
(14) HEAT SINK Make sure you allow
plenty of space behind the speaker
for heatdissipation.
(15) POWER SWITCH Turns the speaker
on and o .
(16) POWER SOURCE Plug the included
IEC power cable into this jack.
(17) THRU Route a signal to another
speaker or device by using a
balanced cable with a male XLR
plug. TheTHRU jack draws a signal
from just before the MAIN LEVEL
and EQ section, combined with the
MAININsignal.
(18) LEVEL Adjust the level of the
outgoing THRUsignal.
(19) MAIN IN Connect the THRU signal
from another speaker using a
balanced cable with either a female
XLR plug or a balanced ¼” TRS plug.
